All reservations must be made by May 3, 2010. Reservation requests made after this date will be confirmed on a space available basis at the most available rate.  Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their group affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.

Changes in arrival date must be made by 5:00 PM, twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival or a charge of the first night’s lodging will apply.  Also, any changes affecting the length of stay must be made by 5:00 PM, twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival or a charge of $35.00 will apply.

Check-in/Check-out Procedures

Please note that our check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.  It will be helpful if your attendees plan to arrive after our check-in time.  Arrangements can be made for luggage storage in the event rooms are not available upon check-in.

A form of payment for a guest room must be provided upon check-in.  We accept cash, major credit cards or travelers checks.  A credit card imprint or a $25.00 cash deposit (per day) is necessary to obtain the in-room telephone.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed.  In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit equivalent to one night’s room and tax or the guarantee of the same by a major credit card is required.
